- Became CEO of Hope Healthcare Ltd in 2006, then Director Population Health, Planning and Performance for Northern Sydney and Central Coast Area Health Service in 2010, then CEO of St John Ambulance Australia (NSW) in 2011.
- In 2015 moved into the consulting world and took on a rolling contract with icare NSW (then WorkCover NSW) to lead strategic transformation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the NSW workers compensation schemes.
