Mark Newton was Chief Executive Officer of St John Ambulance Australia New South Wales from October 2011 until August 2014. This position gave Mark the opportunity to engage in countless community events and causes both with St John (NSW) and of course representing St John (NSW) in other community events and services.

Mark has ongoing service on Not-For-Profit and church boards giving his considerable experience in support of these various organisations. Mark is also an active member of St Albans Anglican Church Lindfield in Sydney and has a strong faith commitment.

Mark is married to Ali and they have a daughter Jessica. Having been born in England, Mark maintains his interest in football and is a tragic supporter of the Derby County Football Club. Mark’s other passion is fishing, whether back country dry fly fishing for the wily brown trout or blue water fishing for pelagics, he is always keen to wet a line.
